It took me very short time to understand what to do and do it to set it up. It improved my home network reception for all different products I have. It has worked very well with Mac. I have to test it with PC based products other than my smartphone. I would recommend it if your are looking for a similar product.

So far I am very happy with it, if I had to say something bad about it I could only point out that it vibrates on my desk from time to time when the disc is spinning. The base does not have a pad on it to stop this from happening. All in all its a perfect fit and backs up 2 desktops and 2 laptops without an issue.

I went to best buy for a new computer and discussed my back up challenges and concerns-I don't like apple icloud because it keeps making me buy more storage and I don't know if my things are backed up. The sales person recommended the time capsule and I am very happy with my purchase.

This is one of the best items to purchase for your Mac . If ever you need to go back a month , 2 months or more you open up the time machine and select a date and within minutes you are seeing the screen and all your content on your Mac as if nothing ever happened

Works great so far, i'd rather the product not be made in a country that makes 1-2% of what we make in the U.S.

Beautiful pictures on a Samsung 55" OLED TV; however, it took 3 visits from the Geek Squad to set it up. The first installer encountered a problem with first visit in that the set required 21 UPDATES. He left so no TV. 2nd Geek Squad member brought TV and left without setting it up! After 6 weeks following our purchase still no TV. 3rd Geek Squad member finally did it right. TV is 10/10. Geek Squad is 5/10 or worse!

I bought this to replace an aging backup share drive. I chose the Apple Time Capsule because my wife and I own Apple MacBook laptops. Our previous backup drive was MS Windows based. The only problem I've had with the Time Capsule is our laptops don't always automatically connect to it. We have to reconnect manually and start the Time Machine backup. I will have to contact Apple support to find out why this is happening.

I needed additional back up storage and Apple is always my first choice since I have a Mac. Only thing I am disappointed in - is that when I run out of space on the Time Capsule - I did not realize that it will start deleting the oldest information first without notifying me.

Easy to setup, just plug and play. Works great with strong signals.

After I bought this, I had to get on the forum on the Apple web site because I was having a problem installing it. Turns out, the option to have the Airport installed as an extension to an existing network doesn't work, so I had to let it create its own network. This isn't a big problem, but further reading of the forum suggested that many people had serious problems with it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

This is the best router for Apple/Mac users. It will also work for other devices as well. The best part you can control it with your iPhone.

nice to be able to back up your stuff and get a wifi all together.

We have a MacBook Air with 128G hard-drive so wanted another storage option. Air Port Time Capsule does the trick! Installation was initially a little confusing. Broadband is the only internet option where we live and the current hard has own wifi. Had a little trouble figuring out that I had to set Air Port up as a bridge, but an internet search solved the mystery. Wish Apple setup iPad and iPhone to be able to store files without having to get an app.

Love it, works flawlessly with Airport Express models to extend a wireless network, either over the air or via wired connections. Airport Utility makes configuring devices a snap, and Time Machine backup to a Time Capsule removes all of the hassle from backing up.

It took me a little while to really learn how to use this Airport - Time Capsule. Sometimes it's not as easy as it seems, especially when working with Comcast. However, now that everything is set up, I love it. Best feature: automatic wireless backup of my Mac.

It works. I haven't utilized the memory as of yet. Waiting to purchase a computer for photo editing.

We purchased this because we needed a modem and wireless storage for a MacBook. The time capsule has been a life saver as someone who frequently uses their MacBook for things like picture editing with a GoPro. We have had no problems with using it as a modem.

We bought this to replace our older Airport Time Capsule and thought it would be faster, because it was newer, but we have found it to actually be a little slower. Maybe we missed something. It still works and enables us to do everything we used to do, which already is so much more than other brands, so all in all it works well.

Good product. Easy to install and reliable. This is an upgrade from the first one I've had for 10 years.
