As always Apple was very helpful. One issue, the warranty begins when best buy purchases the product from Apple. You have to call Apple and then send proof of purchase to have the warranty changed to commence when you purchased it.

I followed every instruction as given to me and it completely disconnected my internet. Had to call my ISP and spend hours reconnecting. Then back with Apple care to setup. I've seen no improvement with my wifi. The only good thing is that I can transfer files between computers easily and it backs up both computers.

I know is a old one , I cannot believe that apple is not making any more this one, but what I love about this airport is that it has the drive inside, no more cables plugging another device like in another brand.

...what more can I say. If you've never owned an Apple product you may not know of the craftsmanship and dedication involved. I am pleased to finally have the 2TB Solid State Disk Drive (SSDD) at work storing items reliably.

I wanted something that would connect the MacBook Pro with my older Mac desk top. I found that the AirPort Time Capsule would not accept my older computer. I was impressed with the power of the Time Capsule but disappointed that I was unable to use it. I would highly recommend it to those that do not have the same problem that I did with trying to connect an older Mac computer.

Used to update my Time Capsule from 2009, easy set up.

This is a good product. Easy to set up and great peace of mind knowing that all my info is safe. The wifi in my case has created some connectivity problems where none existed before. I have to disconnect then reconnect to the network frequently. In the products defense, I have not contacted apple yet for help.

Seamless. Set up Time Machine once and backups are done behind the scene.

This product has not required any programing or resetting since purchased.

I had my Mac Book stolen and used I Cloud. I didn't realize how little was really backed up on iCloud. PDF's etc wasn't backed up. I had lost everything! It was a disaster for banking records etc. It cost me a fortune to recover data.

At first I was hesitant because of the price, but I took a chance and was glad that I did. The Capsule works amazingly well with my main router for wifi and direct connection as well. Nice job Apple. High quality.

Bestbuy rep told me I could back up my PC with this device, but havent figured out how to do that!!!

Having a wifi base station and integrated backup device is great. Simple to set up and easy to use. Simple set it up and forget it. Backups are done without further involvement.

I bought this to replace my 6 yr old Apple Airport base. This one has a smaller footprint and easily swapped out for my old one. It was even easy to just transfers the network address so that I did not have to reconnect my existing devices on my network. The addition of a 2TB drive is great for backing up my laptop and also sharing photos etc.
