replaced a stolen time capsule (who steals a router?!) because its soooo convenient to have the same thing that gives you wireless throughout the house do your backups. I recommend this 100%

I bought this thing to effortlessly backup my computer and also boost my home office wifi signal. It was a cinch to install, and now I know my data is being securely achieved for me without any big effort on my part.

Love my apple airport it’s has a huge amount of storage and it amplifies the internet connection in my house I got a new Mac and wanted a new external hard drive this work Perfect.

As I have noted previously, I am not very tech smart, but I now have a sense of security that my important documents, photos, etc., are backed up automatically. What a relief!

Though the AC router is fast to AC devices, most devices in your home today are 802.11N or G. I found the router introduced significant network access delays when using non-AC devices. Wait for the next generation.

The Apple Time Machine, 2T does exactly what I need it to do, back up my MAC 27" All in one computer. Unfortunately after one year my previous Apple Time Machine 3T died, no power.

I was replacing a router, but this does so much more. I especially love that by plugging my old laser printer into the Airport, I can now access the printer wirelessly. Awesome!

I haven't had to retrieve data from it yet, but the installation was fairly easy. Wish I knew that I had to get a data cable to connect it to the modem while I was at the store the first time.

This was an addition to match the growing array of Apple products in our home, but it works great with the Windows products and out TV and Game systems as well.

I bought this to back up my photos, videos and music. You can arrange the settings to back up as frequently as you like. I enjoy the piece of mind and the added boost it gives me over my old wifi signal.

The was a replacement for an older Airport Time Capsule. I like the much larger storage capacity, and the latest Wi-Fi technology really improved the speed on my home network.

Great camera for a beginner Easy to set up, good price

Bought 2 time capsules for two different homes, mine and my daughters house. 1 worked great, easy set up, 2nd one would not get an IP address on the DHCP WAN at either house. Reset unit and tech support but never worked, returned it.

I had a external hardrive from another company and was always losing connection to it. After I got the time machine I never lost my connection. I love it.

I had issues setting it up and had to have my current provider turn my router off (it is an all-in-one modem/router), once we figured that out and changed some settings then everything went pretty smooth.

Great solution for wired back up drive. Wireless configuration can be hard to set up with a wireless router provided by phone company. Best if used with a standard router with no wireless capabilities.

I would love it if you could partition the drive and use some of it as a network drive... I had read online that you could before purchasing but it does not work that way! It works for time machine backup and is an efficient router.
