Too many dents on the back for a pre-owned ipad even though it was not a class B. Performance is alright but the main thing as well was packaging wash trash bubble wrap and box was not even sealed or at least taped up. When I picked up my item it was half way open barely fitting in the box i’m not sure if it’s because someone checked it or swap but i was tired from work, the place was 30 mins away from work and home. just want to get out of the store. I would send a picture of all the angles because all corners has dents but this website keep refreshing whenever i try this is my fifth attempt and it’s frustrating so whatever.

BestBuy doesn’t sell this refurbished IPads - it’s from a company called JemJem and my first order had a defective battery. I returned that and ordered another one, figured it was just bad luck. 2nd iPad shows up with a cracked screen, and after contacting them they say that is to be expected since it’s refurbished - even though I ordered one in “EXCELLENT” condition.

not happy with this purchase as ipad only lasted 1 yr and then battery would no longer hold a charge. Definitely not worth the money...

The iPad would not hold a charge. Mailed it back for the warranty return…and still don’t have it back. Tried to contact several times…no response.

Purchased a refurb iPad for over $300. The iPad shut down within 2 weeks - had to push all the buttons then put it on charge to turn back on. Periodically shuts down still. Tried to return/exchange it but missed the day by 1 day (busy life and first opp I had was at day 15). Store employees were rude and wouldn’t do anything. The cord was from NOT an apple - looked like a knock off, wouldn’t charge and upon further investigation- the cord was already severed at attachment - already had to throw that away. Horrible experience for a 300$ item.

It shuts off randomly. When i charge it it turns on And off

It was all the way dead when I purchased it and the battery constantly drains so fast.

Bought a refurbished iPad Air 2. Poor performance tabletas is very slow came with the warranty!

Complete waste an broken device resold by Best Buy. Was also advised by a store rep when pad was picked up, that pre owned items go thru a separate 3rd party to check pre owned products and are not apart of any evaluation to check pre owned products. Device stays on red battery an does not load up at all after 24-180 hours charged. NO STARS FOR ME

We bought this iPad used but were told it was refurbished. The iPad didn’t last but 8 months and the charger port wouldn’t work and couldn’t be fixed.

I returned it to the Best Buy store in Garland, TX the next day. It would not charge for them either. They gave me a refund and I purchased a new iPad.
