Faulty charger

The IPad works fine but the charger that came along with it did not work past a month ans a half. I’m disappointed because I already had to return one before this one because of charging issues. I just think more BestBuy is lagging in testing on their refurbished products before putting it in the box. I never had this issue before.

I'm sure this product was tested before I received it, but from day one it seized up on any and all sites. I'd hung onto my old iPad just in case, thankfully. Anyway, since I hadn't opened the package for at least a month (I was traveling) I missed the return policy date. Went to my local store (Bridgewater, NJ) and they could not offer me anything other than $30. I get it - it's my fault, but still. It was clearly inoperable. I wrote a letter along with my receipt to BB corporate in Minnesota but didn't receive any reply. Any suggestions or answers? Many thanks.

Charging works randomly - provided cable never worked and even with Apple Original is not perfect (likely a problem with connector)
