The box came super damaged. I tried to chat with best buy about it multiple times but the customer service was awful. The person was chatting with multiple customers at the same time, but was not good at it. He kept writing stuff completely unrelated to my problem. I had to give up and take the loss because the store is too far from my home.

My daughter recently upgraded her phone from an older iPhone13 to one of the newer iPhone 16 . This meant her trusty old Lightning EarPods wouldn't work anymore. I picked up these Apple EarPods with the USB-C connector as replacement, and they've been great. Right out of the box, the compatibility was perfect plug and play with her new phone, exactly what we needed. She finds them really comfortable to wear, and they fit well in her ears, just like her previous pair. The sound quality is exceptional, just as you'd expect from Apple - clear for music, podcasts, and calls. Being wired means they're super convenient no worrying about charging or pairing, just plug them in and go. Plus, the price felt very reasonable for official Apple earbuds, especially since we specifically needed the new connector type. Overall, these were the ideal replacement due to the phone upgrade. They deliver great sound, are comfortable, and provide seamless USB-C compatibility. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought the Apple EarPods with USB-C (White) for my granddaughter simply because she needed a good pair of reliable headphones—and they didn’t disappoint. Great sound at a great value. The quality of these headphones is good, have clear mic when you are on a call. Controlling your music is easy. I love the idea of using a USB type connector so I can use on all my devices. There is only one issue when paired with my galaxy S9, the volume of the call can’t be controlled, I have no idea why, since for everything else works fine.

I think it’s important to still own wired buds despite primarily using wireless. They’re fully compatible with iPhone (usb-c) which is why I chose Apple brand. The sound quality is good and they fit comfortably in my ears. My only complaint is that they don’t come with the phones anymore. ;)
