    It’s ok so far could better. If they spend alittle more time in make sure it works better bought 2 of them had a battery issue with one but the second on work ok no screen scratches on it it look almost new

    came looking brand new, almost full battery when I turned it on, came with charger. It is acting a bit slow now & it’s only been a couple weeks since I’ve had it. I use it for school, so I don’t use it very often so I’m not sure why this is happening but overall good purchase!

    iPad runs slow and does not hold a charge. It gets very hot and unable to use iMessage. I will never buy a refurbished iPad again.

    I needed a second iPad for my tutoring business. I chose Best Buy because they are good at what they do and are knowledgeable. I was afraid that if I went anywhere else, I'd be scammed.
