    It was good but it would not transfer all my data from my phone over until the iPad was updated to the newest version. So I had to set the iPad up without transferring it and then go about a very long and hard process to transfer all my data.

    Zero stars. Received the wrong refurbished model shipped to the store for pick up. The store (at Harlem and Irving Plaza) refused to exchange for the correct one and accused me of stealing to boot. Worst purchasing experience of my life. Will never give Best Buy my money again and will encourage others to not shop at that specific store again.

    It has issues and sometimes has to be shut down to work correctly. I always buy refurbished phone without issue, but probably will pay full price for my next iPad.

    I ordered the refurbished IPad came with the wrong charger. Called Best Buy customer service to see if they could send out the correct charger they would not. Customer Service was no help to me at all! I will never order again!

    Not even a month and it does not work. What a rip off. Of course, I did not get the added protection but I I thought it would had lasted more than one month
