    It looks great, works great. The only hitch was they sent the wrong kind of cable. They sent a usb-c instead of the lightening cable. Which is a vital mistake, but also kinda understandable. I just need to take the cable into the store, & they will swap me for the right one.

    Very slow. I am trying to return it but I’m unable to. I would not recommend a refurbished iPad. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s refurbished or there’s another reason it’s slow.

    Thought I would try a refurbished item to save a little money. Completely and utterly disappointing. I ordered 128 GB and they sent me a 32 GB. This was a gift for my granddaughter. After waiting an hour on online chat support (“you’re next in line”) I finally gave up. And they also sent a very dirty block charger for it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy. I was very disappointed. Needless to say the item was returned.

    They sent me a ipad that was 9.7 and 3 versions old . Then would not exchange for the correct ipad . Very disappointing..
