Feels like a giant I-phone. Having trouble getting my iTunes to load to my iPad. Online instructions are talking about parameters that don’t exist.

Overall good value. Everything has been in great condition except the battery doesn't hold a charge very long while in use but will sit in stand by for days at a time on a single charge.

for a used product it works well. I didn't expect the dents and scratches but it doesn't affect the product working properly.

Did not come in the original box or packaging or with the original cherger but that is to be expected. But for the discount it is worth it for sure! My product came in with minimal wear only one miniscule scratch on the screen but its barley noticable. Its perfect for college and affordable!

Screen is non responsive in 2 areas. In apps the links will not work. I have done all suggestions found online to resolve the issue but am fearful it might be a software problem. Now that I have everything setup and the iPad is in use it is hard to face it that it needs to be returned. Not happy with the iPad Air 5th gen geek squad approved used.

Got this iPad for college and has been doing good, definitely run a battery script to see how many battery cycles it has, as well as max charge, mines came at exactly 80% battery health. Even then battery does hold up good, but if you need the best battery possible buy new. Over all good though, also considering getting a matte/paper like screen protector cause light and smudges

I really like the iPad and my kid is playing well on the iPad no glitches no problems it just works fine.And sometimes I use it for my work and it really holds up.Its a really good iPad must buy.

Very good product, did come with a small scratch on the screen but it is a used product at the end of the day...

I recently got an ipad for a good bud of mine. He's an artist he always drew, painted, sculpted projects. So as a birthday gift and i thought this device would be perfect with him. Its pretty neat seeing him make artwork on it. It is nice knowing that i got a pretty good score on it too. To be honest i was thinking it keeping it myself since it was pretty good haha.

The iPad is fast, lightweight, and perfect for streaming, reading, and work tasks. The display is sharp and smooth, and overall performance is excellent. The only downside is the battery drains a little quicker than I expected, but it still lasts through most of the day.

So far I love it. it looks and works like a brand new iPad for a cheaper price. Don’t hesitate to get refurbished items from BestBuy. I haven’t had a bad product yet and it’s been years

Item was as described and after a week there hasnt been any problems with the device. BestBuy on the other hand was absolutely horrible with shipping and handling.

Amazingly fast iPad. Because it's refurbished I was looking for any flaws but it was just perfect, brand new almost. I was provided a really nice long lenovo charge which fast charges. Overall a great buy.

I bought an Ipad to go along side my macbook for college and it’s great. It didn’t have any scratches and was basically brand new. The apple pencil works great with it for taking notes or graphic design class.

I love the refurbished iPad, almost $300 cheaper and it works just like a brand new iPad!

The iPad works well, a few scratches on the screen but not apparent.
