Wrong Shipment

But when I called local store they immediately shipped the right one and sent me a mail barcode to ship the other one back.

You wouldn't know that it was Geek squad certified

You wouldn't know that it wasn't straight from Apple. It is good to have a big screen, but I originally intended to travel more with it and even with the case with the handle on the back, it is large and awkward. That being said, when I need to remote to another pc or watch a movie, it is amazing.

Excellent deal however the battery life is already suffering more than I thought it would be being a refurb from geek squad. Kinds disappointed.

Sad at Best Buy and geek squad refurbished

I love the product and it is perfect however I bought the 6th gen iPad and then 3 months after I realized my iPad I was shipped by geek squad was a 4th gen iPad Pro when this clearly says it is a 6th gen. I understand the mistake, they look identical on the outside but I paid for a M1 chip and the one I was sent does not have it. I spent hours on the phone and in store in order to get this fixed and Bestbuy could not. I even spoke with my former manager at Bestbuy as I was previous employee and got no help. Pretty upset and bummed with Bestbuy.
