The "Geek Squad" who supposed "certified" this iPad Pro was a complete idiot, I would not recommend a "Geek Squad" certified anything. It had a large scratch across the screen and a chip missing from the glass. In addition they packaged it with a used SAMSUNG USB charger, and an old Lightning to USB Cable when this iPad uses the USB-C cable...

Battery Sucks. It drains right away. But other features were great.I’d still recommend best buy and geek squad certified products though

Mine arrived with several large scratches on the screen, like the previous owner was very aggressive with an apple pencil. Obviously, the “Geeksquad Certified” Refurbishing didn’t include a new screen… and per other reviews it doesnt include a new battery…. And mine arrived in a loosely secured plastic bag taped to a carboard panel, with a generic charger….

Seeing this on Best Buy was a great opportunity to purchase an IPad Pro 6th gen at a great price. In reality, the device looks brand new/open box quality. Battery power is great, Face ID works flawlessly, and the device runs smoothly.

i’m very surprised at the quality of my refurbished ipad! it works very well and the battery life is great, and pairs well with all accessories. a very worthwhile upgrade from my 2018 ipad.
