I’ve been using the iPad Pro 13-inch as my main tablet for a while now, and honestly, it’s an incredible device. Performance is seriously fast — everything from web browsing to photo and video editing feels smooth with zero lag. The display is gorgeous, the speakers are great, and it’s light enough that I actually look forward to carrying it around. The new iPadOS does make this feel closer to a laptop than ever. I can multitask with multiple apps, work in files, and even edit video pretty comfortably. That said, it’s still not a full laptop replacement for everyone. There are times I need a dedicated laptop for certain file management tasks or professional apps. Paired with the Apple Pencil, this thing turns into a creativity machine. Using Procreate is a dream — super responsive and precise for drawing, sketching, or just jotting down ideas. It feels effortless. It’s also very lightweight and comfortable to use in bed, on the couch, or on the go, which I love. Battery life holds up through a full day of varied use. My only small gripe would be that some pro workflows still feel more natural with a traditional laptop keyboard and trackpad — but that’s getting better all the time. Overall? This iPad Pro is hands-down one of the most versatile devices I’ve owned — powerful, elegant, and genuinely fun to use.

I was very pleased with my purchase of IPad Pro had no problem with transferring from my older iPad and with it being a refurbished one I didn’t see any flaws and worked right away. So if you’re hesitant about buying one don’t hesitate go for it like I did.

Unfortunately doesn’t come with an official Apple product box BUT the quality was amazing. You'd never know it was a refurbished product. Looks absolutely brand new

I took a $450 discount chance on this M4 iPad Pro refurb based on our experience with M1 iPad Pro refurb, which was perfect. It arrived on time, in BB package, no dings or scratches. Works as new, including the battery. Tandem OLED in mint condition, but only 90 day warray so used AMEX.

Like new condition as expected. No scratches or dents. Came with charging cable, which was a plus! Overall, everything is like new condition.

This is tough. I bought an open box ipad and they sent me the completely wrong on (about 4 generations older and an ipad-mini to boot). The packaging was right but whoever re-boxed it dont have a clue. I went to my local best buy and they made me pay an ADDITIONAL $150 to fix it because "they didnt have an open boxed unit to replace it with". Since this is for the open box/refurb, I recommend just buying new the first time.

My iPad was never delivered according to UPS they gave it to me in my hands that never happen I reach out to Best Buy and Best Buy said no refund that I would need to contact the police I am like are you serious anyways I contacted citi cards and they are working on it so stupid for Best Buy to said that where they don’t have any prove that was deliver to me.
