Headphones were refurbished but were in great condition. They last a long time in use, and the noise canceling is very nice. They are heavy on your head, but were comfortable enough to use on 16 hour flight

Nice comfortable head set. They could be a little louder for my liking. Considering they were refurbished they were in excellent condition. Came with the original box and everything is working well.

Since they were sold as “refurbished”, I was very concerned about what flaws might exist. As a retired electrical engineer who is also an obsessive audio enthusiast, I’m pretty picky on quality. I gave them a detailed going over (including packaging) and did not see anything cosmetic or functional to suggest not in OEM as new condition. I have many apple products including AirPod pros which I use a lot… particularly outdoors. I got the Pro Max for indoors use primarily. However, I really enjoyed using them when snow blowing. They gave perfect noise cancellation and much better sound than my commercial grade ANC phones or Air Pod Pros (with a hood or std safety phones as done in past to prevent loss in snow if falling out).

I love these headphones! The Bluetooth pops on automatically when I put them on my head. They are super comfortable with the padding. I also love the noise cancellation feature. These are actually my second set because my college age daughter took my originals back to University of Houston with her.

Bought these to give as a gift. They have said the audio output are the best they've ever had. Reliable, comfortable, and great sounding. What else more do you need in a set of headphones?

Item came in great condition. Works perfectly and links to iPhone out of the box. Sound quality is also great, giving a flat and neutral sound. The downside is it’s pretty heavy, making it cumbersome for long sessions.

Got these for my wife for Mother’s Day, she has enjoyed them quite a bit. She typically will keep the headphones on the Ambient setting to hear things around her, she is able to use her headphones and hear our children while listening (to engage in conversation she needs to turn down the music, but the microphone picks up well regardless), she has also enjoyed the noise reduction these headphones offer and will use them as a way to get “me” time. The added Apple specific integrations with the iPhone such as Siri and read notifications are helpful and preferred by her, although she gives a 4/5 for Siri’s responsiveness, but could be user error in her own words. The headphones are kept in a case, and she preferred this style over the AirPods Pro because our babies lost them and so the size of these make them difficult to lose. She enjoys the battery life as well and hasn’t had any trouble charging.

Refurbished items are the way to go! I received my headphones fast, and pristine. It came with the box, the instruction card, and the charging cable. The only thing missing was the plastic that is normally around a new apple product. It was basically new. There were no scratches and zero problems with the audio or anything. It even still has the original apple warranty, so if anything were to go wrong… I can bring them into apple. The headphones are little heavy but it’s nothing major. My favorite feature is the background noise you can set them to play. Anyways if you’re thinking about it and don’t mind the price tag, just get them, you won’t regret it. Plus they’re really cute!

Audio super good and the battery last a while like 9-13 hours

I'm very deep into the Apple ecosystem and have been accused of being a fanboy. But after a few months, these just don't excite me, and I'm more and more disappointed and frustrated. I previously had a pair of Bose QC 35 because I travel a lot. The AirPod Max wasn't designed for travel. The case is terrible and not very compact. I bought lighting to 3.5mm cable to connect them to my work PC and for in-flight entertainment but can't seem to get them to connect on a hard wire connection (or a Bluetooth connection for my PC.) The sound quality is great, and they are comfortable. But are slightly heavy, but built well. As long as I'm using an Apple product, they're fine. But overall, I wish I had just stuck with Bose.

Amazing sound quality and comfortable. But it is a little heavier than other headphones so I do not recommend using for a long amount of time.

You guys. These refurbished AirPods Max are NO JOKE. Perfect condition and you’re saving like $170. So glad I went with them. Absolutely nothing wrong with them- no scratches, no iCloud account attached from the previous owner, pristine sound quality! Worth the investment imo!
