I bought this refurbished, as expected the AirPods are great how they were packaged was not, didn't get a single pair of eartips. I will only recommend for product.

The box/packaging was "worn" but the pods were still under Apple Care warranty until the end of the year. They were in like-new condition and I couldn't beat the price, around $85. What's more, I thought these were going to be older and have the lightning cable charging port but, no, USB-C! I couldn't be happier! As well, this came with new Apple brand charging cord and all new Apple ear tips. I mention this because other reviews mentioned missing/used tips.

I was nervous that they wouldn't be in great condition, but they were perfect! They work perfectly and came in the original packaging. Great price! I will definitely be buying certified refurbished again to save some money. Practically as good as new!

Received on 3rd day after ordering (ordered on Friday, received on Monday). Came in great condition, didn’t have plastic wrap on box but the box included everything except medium earbuds but I use small so no complaints there for me. Came with usb-c to lightning cable still wrapped so that was nice. Case isn’t scratched, earbuds aren’t scratched, they’re awesome. I only have one complaint, that is when I connected them, it told me that the previous owner and listed their email said they could still see the location of them, I was kinda like oh but I’m sure it doesn’t bother them nor does it really bother me. When they arrived, they were dead, kind of bummed that I couldn’t connect them right out of the box bc I was excited but I just charged them and they worked and connected fine, that’s not valid enough for a complaint haha.

These ear buds are amazing. If you can get them refurbished, on a discount - all the better! Have not had any issue with them and use them daily!

I bought these AirPods as certified refurbished by the Geek Squad. They came in the original packaging and was in like new condition. You could not tell they were not brand new. They work perfectly and paired with all of my Apple products. I would not hesitate to buy another Geek Squad certified refurbished again. Best Buy takes great care and is very thorough in their refurbishing process.

I purchased these refurbished Apple AirPods Pro and have been very happy with their performance. The sound is amazing. They actually work better than my first pair of AirPods and cost less.

This is a great product and for the discounted price I got it for I am more than happy. The noise cancelling is my favorite part along with how you can choose to have the noise cancelling off

I was going to buy it brand new but then I saw that best buy has them refurbished. I can't lie I was a little bit worried about getting bad headphones but it works amazing and I love it!!

The delivery was the day they said, and they work perfectly, they only had an ink stain but I cleaned them and removed them, they looked like new. Thanks Best Buy!!

The sound and quality are great came fast and in its original box, the only thing is that the location for the device is not available because this is a refurbished item. Its says AirpodMismatch warning but from that everything works great.

There is only 1 Small ear tip abd 3 extra small…. I use the small so this kinda sucks
