Honestly this is disgusting. i purchased some refurbished airpod pros. and i mean i know it’s pre owned but i mean come on don’t you guys inspect these things? My buds came with earwax all over them, truly disgusting.

Ive had trouble with these since I bought them. They don’t stand behind their certified refurbished products.

My first AirPods where refurbished and didn’t not have no problem. This time when I open package the AirPods didn’t not have there ear silicone. Also when I try to find AirPods it say that was not located it was another person I return them. Bestbuy return them with no problem. Test everything before return policy expire .

First time I bought an Apple refurbished product and WILL NEVER buy one again!!! Each and every time I used this AirPods Pro to make and received calls, the other party comments that my voice is breaking up even if, it’s been just fully charged! If there is a zero star I would rate it zero!

My old AirPods, which were the first generation, started to lose battery life and I was faced with either paying $70 to replace each pod as it failed or to just update. I decided to go for the AirPods Pro, intrigued by the noise cancelling possibilities and a chance for a better fit. On screen, they looked like they would have a larger case than the regular pods, but in reality, it is not that much bigger and oriented horizontally to accommodate the replaceable/interchangable nibs. The case provides wireless charging as well as standard charging through a lightning cable but the indicator light sits on the outside of the case. I love how they are much more subtle in my ears, thanks to the smaller tail. They do seem to fit in my ears better, but they have fallen out a few times. I suspect that my body heat softens up the ends, so I still attach on third party hooks when I wear these biking or to the gym. The noise cancelling is nice, but not as good as cans. I have yet to take them on an airplane, but they were good at isolating out the crowd noise on a walk through Disneyland. The transparency mode is weird. It seems to amplify some of the sound around you. I tend to turn off the noise cancelling rather than use transparency. Overall, they're nice. Quite a bit pricey, but I saved money by buying these refurbished. They were perfect! The only way you can tell they were refurbs is that the lightning cable had been recoiled in the box. All the ear nibs were brand new. And what money I saved I used to purchase AppleCare.

They arrived at day late and I opened up the packaging only to be massively disappointed. They were horrifically scratched up and had dry ear wax on it, I didn’t even bother seeing if they worked I just want a refund or a new pair.

Took chance on these refurbished since the new ones have been sold out with limited quantity available. They were like brand new and maybe used once. The sound quality is great and the fit is so much better than the original AirPods. The noise cancelation is unbelievable and come it handy at the gym. I don't use it on the roads because it works so well you cant hear cars coming towards you when running or biking. The wireless charge case works perfectly on my Qi charger pad and have not used the wire to charge yet. The charger cable and power block were never removed form the box from the first owner. The one issue was that the medium sized ear tips , the size I use, were not included. Only the large and small were in the box unused. I contacted best buy and asked for a replacement pair and they said they did not carry that item. They offered me a $25 gift card and sent another set out and told me to just take the ear tips I needed out and return it back to Best Buy at my convenience. The second set they sent did seem more used then the one I have but it did not matter because all I needed was the ear tips. I guess its hit or miss when buying refurbished. Great service and a quick resolution and the product has Benn perfect so far.

I liked the AirPods pro and they didn't have any damage the only thing that bothered me was the replacement ear tips for the medium size were gone. They did have the small and the large size which fit me perfectly so I didn't need the medium. When I went to best buy they didn't have any replacement I had to go to either Amazon or Apple. I still love the AirPods they work really well with my iPhone and they sound great for work and working out. Would recommend especially for this price
