I was very skeptical about buying these being refurbished but I’m glad that I did. Not only did I save a few bucks, the AirPods works great. I’ve been using them about a couple of weeks now & haven’t had one single problem. The AirPods arrived clean & in very good condition looked brand new! Overall very happy with my purchase & would definitely buy again refurbished.

Saw this item on the outlet portion of Best Buy. I must have looked at this item over three weeks before committing to a purchase. I wondered what kind of problems there might be or what it wouldn't come with. I was amazing surprised. They looked like they were brand new and worked perfectly from the start. Shipped on-time and arrived as predicted. These earbuds are intuitive and simply replaced my Bose over the ear headphones. I run in these with no problems. The phone calls are clear and there isn't any latency. The charge holds up as advertised and the case does a fantastic job when in need of a charge.

The only indication that these were "open box" or pre-owned was the sticker on the box. They were in pristine condition and actually still included the smallest tip size, which I was happy about because those fit me the best. I saw in some reviews that they did not include the smallest size for some orders, but I would say it could be worth it if you don't need the small ones or don't mind taking the chance. In box was the AirPod pros with case, a USB-C charging cable (with no adapter) and the three sizes of interchangeable tips: large, small, and medium which is already on the AirPods. They are pretty comfortable, about the same as the wired earbuds apple used to ship with their phones, just with the added in-ear part which feels like most other in-ear earbuds like the JVC wired gummy earbuds, except the default setting is not noise cancelling. You can still hear everything around you and are not naturally noise cancelling like the JVC earbuds. The noise cancelling feature is a setting you can turn on later in settings or with gesture controls. I can still hear up close and loud speech, loud noises, and mid to loud volume music, but it all sounds tiny and far away with the noise cancelling. It completely blocks out fan whirring/ambient noise, electronic buzzing, and distant speech/loud noises/music. I can still fully focus on what I am listening to which was my goal with purchasing these AirPods instead of the basic model. I hated how I could still hear everything with my wired apple earbuds, but I couldn't just use my cheap JVC buds because apple removed the headphone jack feature a long time ago and I had to just deal with it :( . The extreme upgrade to AirPod pros was hard to justify, but the lower price of buying open box made them more comparable to the basic model new. Not having wires was also a motivator, but the noise cancelling was a non-negotiable to me as a student so I am happy with my Airpod Pros. They pair with my iPhone easily, and also pair well with my Bluetooth adapter I bought for my Switch lite. It can take a minute to switch between the two, since the Bluetooth adapter is not from apple, but that is not a big issue for me. It sometimes requires me to re-pair my AirPods to my phone using the button on the back, but that never takes long because they are both apple products.

I tried several different ear buds including Bose, JL Lab, Beats and 1st Gen Air Pods. These by far are my favorite ones because of the comfortable fit, shorter stem design and the function these Pro versions has in allowing outside noise to be filtered while not muting it, you don’t feel like your ears are blocked with that airplane clogged ear effect.

Excellent sound quality. They fit my ears and don’t fall out while on a run. A charge lasts me about a week. Highly recommended.

Good Quality Easy to use Great sound Fit in Ear easily

I have more earbuds than most women have shoes ! I have budget brands and high end . I figured if these did not perform well , back they would go . I was pleasantly surprised how well they sounded, the better fit ( because of a slightly different shape) and more comfortable these are from the standard AirPods and the basic freebies that come with your iPhone. The recent iOS update gives you spatial audio and is a must hear to believe ! Batter life is ok considering the small size and the charge case works several times before needing charged itself.

These AirPods are so much better than their predecessor. The rubber really helps keep it in better, but they still seem to fall out when I'm working out, specifically, anything that requires pushing, eg. bench press, squat, overhead shoulder press. If I'm running I have to keep adjusting it, but it may be my ears because even the Beats by Dre come out. Either way, they sound great and the transparency setting is great if you want to wear them and be aware of your surroundings.

I have always had problems with ear buds actually staying in my ears especially while doing something active. However, these seem to stay perfectly snug in my ears. Add that on top off the impeccable sound quality as well as its amazing sound blocking abilities and you have yourself a pair of truly elite headphones for all occasions.

Technology at its best! Great sound, easy to use, stays charged for a long time, easy to connect to other Bluetooth devices.

I have the regular AirPods. These are amazing! Great noise cancelling and easy to use. Amazing sound quality and comfortable fit.

I used some off brand Bluetooth earbuds before I got these. The battery life in those was terrible but the sound was awesome. I love these because of the battery life and ease of connection with all of my Apple devices but the sounds could be better.

Lost my pros and had to repurchase. Was able to get some refurbished and so far so good. I have noticed more issues with connectivity (drops connection randomly) but other than that has been solid. Noise cancellation is great just wish they had a little more kick to them volume wise.

Great sound quality. Easy to pair and set up. Fits well in my ears. Would definitely recommend to any apple user.

I am extremely satisfied with my Best Buy Product, the AirPodsPro/ They are easy to use, and work very well, being easy to fit in my ear and listen very comfortably to whatever media I am listening to at the time. I have had no problems using these items and would recommend them to your Best Buy customers. Thank you for your points in giving my review of your product. I had the first generation AirPods and the right-ear one kept falling out and I had to purchase an adapter for it. I’ve had no problems with these version. They haven’t fallen out once. I love the noise-cancelling feature. My main issue is that I wish they were tap-controlled instead of pressing them.

I wear these while working from home I'm on the phone a lotLove noise cancelling for when I want it quiet. Also they fit way more comfortably that the original airpods but regardless of what size tips I use they want to fall out. Makes me worry wearing them outdoors

I love the noise cancellation and transparency modes on these. Super comfortable and the case isn’t that much larger than the AirPod 2s. I will say that I have had issues with with taking one out and then the music not resuming after putting it back in, along with some quirks with the switching to transparency mode, but all in all I really enjoy them. Not worth 250, but I picked them up for 180 and I’m happy.
