Got refurbished and they are like new - appreciated the discount for these premium items. Sound quality is top notch, and while it takes a little while to figure out the quirks of how to use them properly, the AirPods Pro have made a huge difference from untangling a cord for conference calls and the like. It does feel a little like you are underwater because of the noise cancellation feature, but it means that you hear your audio perfectly.

Came looking to be in great condition, and they are. Very clean, sound great, just like new. The description of the item is misleading as the description says it has all three sizes of ear pieces, but the “items included” section lists only small and large, which is what it came with. This is kind of misleading. It would be okay if BBY forgot and used the generic Apple description, but it’s the geeksquad refurbished description saying this, and then the items included says another thing. Overall it’s a fine product, but if you want all the earpieces buy new.

Just like new, and haven’t had a problem with them since I purchased them at a great price! Can’t beat these AirPods Pro’s and, trust me, I’ve tried. I’ve owned the original ones and these fit your ears much better and don’t extend quite so low. I absolutely LOVE the transparency and noise canceling modes. Will own a few pairs of these in the future for sure!

Great product for the price. Haven’t had any problems with them and I’ve had them for a month now. Looks and works just as if they were brand new. Only came with 2 size ear pieces. Small and large. Everything was in the box as if it came brand new.

Air pod pro units are great. I use them for the music and the phone - but also - since they have noise cancellation - I find them great in the loud industrial plants for hearing protection. Great for many uses. They come with a few different sizes of ear silicone plugs to fit all ear sizes.Charge in no time and they last a long time before needing recharged.

Great product works like a charm. Haven’t had any problems with the AirPods great investment for anybody who wants a discount. ANC and transparency mode are just great for my lifestyle highly recommend getting this deal. Only problem was the packaging was dirty and slight damaged but overall pretty great!

best wireless ear phones, hassle-free fitting in ears with small earbuds. good Noise cancel option and working also. single ear phone also works well. Draw back is too much time keeping feels annoying in ears.

Noise canceling worked wonders, easy to connect and battery last forever

Great, they seamlessly move from one product to another, noise cancelation is just right (you can still hear ambient noise, but I wouldn't wear them near a busy road), good battery life, and wireless charging is much handier than I thought it would be. The price may be the only issue, but for high end wireless, it is reasonable.

My son bought these new and he has loved them and has never had a problem. I bought a refurbished pair and unfortunately they had a chronic buzzing sound in the ear bud. I compared my sons to these ones and realized it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, I returned this set but do like the AirPod pros as a whole.

Excellent condition to be refurbished!!! Has a good battery life for buds and case. The noise cancellation only works if both buds are in my ear... I’m guessing this is how it works but really not sure so if this is how it work then they work great but if not then it can be an opportunity of quality?!?! Overall I love them!!!

They work excellent in noise reduction and new vinyl ear pieces really snug in for the experience. Sound quality if enhanced. I had trouble keeping them in my ears though. I took getting used to squeezing the arm to answer instead of tapping. I liked the leg being shorter too. Mic was good and no pic up problems. I did not like the charge time per bud was good at all. It was not lasting 3.5 hours per bud. I was used to more on the old style. I liked the extra distance from the phone(range was enhanced). Using a charging pad for the case was excellent. I decided to go back to the old style but the newest version which has a pad charging case and much longer range. They stay in my ears better.

First time purchasing a refurbished let alone AirPod pros. Sound quality is great but I notice at times it has trouble connecting when I open and close the lid.

These are solid quality NC earbuds but not the best NC quality out there. Also, there are other earbud brands with NC that provide longer battery life. I definitely wouldn't pay retail price for these. I have a pair of Sony headphones and the NC with the Sony's blows away the NC on the AirPods Pro. Also, it depends on the individual, but even the largest ear tip provided doesn't provide a perfect seal in my ears. In the end, they get the job done. I'm glad I bought these on a 'Deal of the Day' promotion (~$170). They are good for exercising so sweat or water won't damage them. If I could, I would give these a 4.1 - 4.3 star rating...

I got these after I lost my original Airpods. They fit much better then my old ones. I just wish they didn't cost so much money. They sound a little better then the old ones.
