Typical Apple product. Sounds good and has long battery life...but is a little finicky with switching between devices. I'd only buy these if they were on sale.

Bought this (refurbished) AirPods Pro because they were on sale. I usually don’t buy used electronic items because there are too many things that can go wrong with them; however, I know apple makes good products so I made the purchase. Upon arrival, first thing I noticed was banged up box. When I open it, the earphone case had some small scratches (hairlines) all over; however, when I open it and examined the earphones and accessories, they were all in perfect condition. They had no signs of usage. It gave the appearance they used a used case to store new earphones and accessories. I haven’t used them much so I still don’t know if there might be some internal issues, but the exterior hardware looks new. I am happy with the purchase. I was a little concern at first because I have read some reviews where customers had a bad experience with buying this refurbished earphones, but my experience was good. Maybe it’s a hit or miss experience with buying refurbished items.

Work perfectly! These were refurbished but in no way different than my husbands purchased new pair. We did purchase new ear pieces just to be safe, but it really didn’t seem to be necessary. The AirPods work amazing and stay in my ears better than I ever expected.

My only grievance with these is that getting them refurbished only saved me 10 dollars. But other than that, they have great noise cancelation, and battery life is great.

These are great earbuds to use for casual listening. They’re very comfortable and noise cancellation and transparency mode are such a great addition that you won’t realize how much you’re missing out on till you have the option. The only problem I had was when I tried to use them to workout they would skip out of my ears but other then that very good overall

These work great and I love the noise cancellation aspect. Totally get the price and reasoning. BUT the only thing I hated is that when I got it in the mail the air pods weren’t wrapped and it looked dirty. I get they are refurbished but are they supposed to look used used? I had to clean them myself. Also didn’t know how to charge them. Didn’t come with any charging parts so that sucked.

The features are great, it has an active noise cancellation mode and a transparency mode that are interesting to use. Overall great product but the price is a bit high.

I do love these. The noise cancelling feature brings peace to my overly sensitive hearing (similar to autism). I have a small ear canal and am prone to moist ear wax (ear sweat???). So, I tend to have to reset them in my ears multiple times through the day. It is difficult to push them back in without touching the buttons, so I've hung up on people accidentally.

Allegedly refurbished, but there were clearly new and unused. Great way to get a deal on this excellent product. Upgraded from standard AirPods -- I was not disappointed. These are easier to control, and stay in the ear much better. Highly recommended.

Amazing quality and sound. They fit so well in my ears that I can forget they’re in there. Also, I can sleep on the plane without them jabbing my brain.

I have the AirPods (first gen) and they were constantly falling out or needing readjustment. These are much much better. Sound is better quality as well. I was little concerned getting a "refurbished" item however, they are as good as new.

Was concerned about purchasing these refurbished. To date I’ve had no issue with them. Love the noise canceling aspect of the Pros. Also have a pair of standard AirPods for work and the background noise is very noticeable. Like how easy they are to pair

Bought this & was skeptical because hey, it's COVID season. These looked brand new. I sanitized the buds but the pads, cord, etc all looked new. And it's been past 14 days so I would say save the $$ and go for the refurbs. These sound incredible & are an upgrade from GEN 2

Good product, they do cancel noise better than the previous airpod models and the various accessories provide a better in-ear fit.

A friend had recommended a bone conduction headset a while back but I resisted. However my ear canal got irritated by my new Apple AirPods I decided it was worth a try. These are very light weight and easy to wear all day and after a day or so the controls are second nature. I have been using them must for phone calls and podcasts so far, not music, and at least for these the sound quality was fine. It takes getting used to feeling the vibrations against my temples when the volume is a tad too loud but otherwise I’m pleased with them.

Wonderful fit and sound quality, blown away at how well the noise cancellation works and transparency mode is perfect for when I need to hear but don't want to stop my music. And they were in AMAZING condition for a refurbished pair

I bought these refurbished from Bestbuy and they were like brand new. Excellent & outstanding quality . Syncs easy with my iPhone & iPad Air. Stay charged for a decent amount of time. I would recommend these pro AirPods .

Overall 3/5 star experience. Price was too good to pass up right after Black Friday, but just before the holidays. The box was heavily damaged though, which made for a less than perfect birthday present opening. They were also missing the ear cones, which was probably for sanitary reasons but I thought they would have been included. After pairing, renaming, and adding a spare set of the ear cones- they work great.

Purchase these headphones because of all the reviews about them. What I could say positive quality is good they sound great. The negatives these for whatever reason fall out of my ear easier than the originals. They tend to disconnect after about 30 minutes prior to that massive interference on your phone call. I’m sure it’s a software bug but it is an annoyance. The noise canceling works fairly well I’m not sure how the technology works but it feels like it almost pulls the air out of your ears and creates a vacuum. If I’m listening to music or talking on the phone I feel fine but if I use it just for noise canceling I’ve gotten dizzy a few times. I want to like these I really do I just think Apple isn’t quite there yet. The battery life is also just Average. I’ve also had some syncing issues where it’s lost a left or a right earbud for no apparent reason. Several deletions and resets were required to get it to finally pair back up You also have to watch dust in the case the smallest amount of debris will keep these earbuds from charging. Our use the cotton Q-tip with alcohol on the end to clean the inside out I pulled no debris out of the charging slot but it started charging again so there must’ve been something in there that I couldn’t see.
