I’ve been using my refurbished Pros for awhile now. Arrived in great condo with everything looking brand new. They sound great and the noise canceling is fantastic. I would recommend saving a few bucks and purchasing referb from BestBuy again.

I got to the best buy told them I was here and I told them the number and I wait and this guy comes out taps my car and doesn’t say a word to verify it’s for me even though it was, another thing about the airpods was the tips weren’t in them there are supposed to be 3 sizes for airpods tips and these weren’t included at all just the small and large ones we’re and the box wasn’t sealed correctly

I bought a pair of AirPods for my daughter and after I tried them I knew I had to have some one day these popped up for a good deal so I jumped on them so glad I did they worked flawlessly and were a lot less expensive.

I switched from the beats to these and so far no regrets. my ears are fairly small so the pro's are great because it has grips. the sound is great. I can crank these up when my children are driving me up the walls.

I love the AirPods. Long battery life. Fast and easy charging. Lots of cool features and sound great. Just expensive.

Love these things, much better than the first or second generation. These actually stay in my ears and the noise canceling is awesome.

I started with the Air Pods second generation and the sound was great! I then got the Air Pod Pros and wow what a difference. I really like the noise cancellation feature. Also they feel more secure and comfortable.

I have bought other refurbished items from Best Buy without luck, but these were a god find. These AirPod Pros work as expected the noise cancellation feature is cool and transparency mode works as expected as well. Worthy purchase.

The headphones came in very good condition. The quality of them were better than expected. I would purchase these again

Love these for working in garage: the noise cancelling is absolutely vital for woodworking saws, drills etc. Was hesitant at first that these were refurbs but I have had excellent experience with them. Will do it again!

I was apprehensive to buy “refurbished”, but they are incredible! The sound is impressive, definitely worth the extra money over the “regular” AirPods! Love the fit of the tips. I’d buy them again in a heartbeat

Looks and fells durable. Love the fact that the case is a power bank for the earpiece. Very good and clear sound and easy to connect to your Apple devices. Thought the price is a little bit high , otherwise it’s a great product.

I love these earbuds. Noise canceling is excellent in a noisy environment. These fit better with a choice of size of tips. Pairs very easily with my iphone. Definitely recommend these

Came in good shape and work properly. The box was a little beat up but not really worried about that. The only reason for 4 stars was that there was some earwax on the eartips which is pretty gross but a small price to pay for the discount you get. Overall satisfied but I still think they should take more care when noting something as "certified" refurbished.

Great fitting earphones. I love how you can control the “transparency”. So if I’m walking around with them in my ears while doing other things I can decide how much outside noise I want to hear. Super clear sound. Love them.

These ear buds so. Great job of canceling the background noise coming from multiple people during virtual work and schooling. Great features and battery life. Love that I can wirelessly charge the case in my car.

Great product by Apple. Noise cancelling works well. Stays in much better than original AirPods. The refurbished unit was missing one set of tips but the one I needed was there.

They fit well with changeable ends. Good sound for music. I was somewhat surprised by it. and microphone pics up well
