I didn’t think I’d like them but they are awesome. What made them better was the price unpaid. I originally got them for my son, but kept them for my self. I went to buy him a pair, but they went back up 50.00 bucks. I got him 1 gen... he’s happy, I’m happy!

I ordered a pair of refurbished AirPods because I don’t use them often and was glad to save some money. They arrived in a box with all accessories, and everything looked brand new. I would definitely buy refurbished products from Best Buy in the future.

First thing, I was hesitated ti try refurbished product but after I get this item I feel like it is price worthy and everything is fine except the packaging is little damaged. Till now it's working good but later I don't know how will it perform.

I was skeptical at first buying a "geek squad refurb" but turns out it was just like buying it new for less money. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. Keep up the good work geek squad!

My daughter never noticed that the air pods was refurbished!! The box was completely sealed and the looked beyond great!! I was able to save money, and still give my daughter the Christmas gift she loves!

No big complaints, however some calls have cut out briefly. But could be a phone issue?

Save a little bit of money on 2 refurbished airpods. They were literally brand new. Everything worked and came in original box. Would recommend this product and Geek Squad Certified Refurbished items.

Once again another great buy! Perfect condition and pristine quality! I lucked up again and got a great refurbished product that has probably been an open package and never used.

Not sure about how well they work yet because they are a Christmas gift. I’m sure that everything will be great. I’ve never had a problem with a Best Buy refurbished item. My son will be very excited.

Purchased these as a birthday gift for one of the adult kids. She loves them! Packaging showed no indication that they weren't brand new. Likely just an open box at that.

These are great headphones. Its really convenient having them so easily in your pocket and they are so small. Just don't lose them!

Purchased for my son for Christmas! I’m sure he’s going to love them so much more convenient than the ones with a cord. I’ve purchased a pair before and still have them and move them myself.

I really can’t tell you why because I would be nervous about losing them all the time but for some reason the kids love them they seem to take them everywhere.

My Airpods came earlier than advertised which was an amazing surprise and they came in the original airpods box. They work great and connected really easy to my phone! 10/10 would recommend!

Only complaint is that the batter life is not all day. For some reason the right ear always goes out about 30 minutes before the left ear.

AirPods came a little later than promised but arrived before the gift was required. One had a hairline Crack but other than that they work and look fine.

These are my second AirPods. I love them, but they do eventually die, I got the original ones and they lost their battery power after around 4 years.

These AirPods with wireless charging case make it so simple to connect by Bluetooth as you hold the button on the one side of the case. All apple products quickly respond.

ALWAYS WANTED THE EAR PIECE THAT COULD CONTINUE WORKING FROM SEVERAL FEET...FOUND IT! AND, IT HAS GREAT VOLUME (TO INCLUDE VOLUME CONTROL :-D ) FOR LISTENING PLEASURES.
