Everything in the box, so easy to pair, when you put them on they turn on and the sound goes to the headphones. Don’t like that the box gets so dusty so fast

Best wireless headphones I’ve owned, The wireless charging case is great and the battery life on both the headphones and the case is a long time.

It may just be a refurbished item but Geek Squad did a great job fixing it. Item works perfectly well, I’ve seen no issues so far. The only thing I had to do is change the AirPod’s name because it was still on the previous owner’s. I thought they’d reset or clear that when they fix it. Overall, no issues, no regrets so far!

Great sound. Battery seems to last. Only thing is after awhile they hurt.

Finally stopped purchasing knock-offs and purchased the AirPods. I hate that I waited this long, great sound and battery life.

They work great! I was looking for AirPods 2nd Generation for less expensive than what they’re retail price is. These Geek Squad Certified Refurbished work very well, and I have had no problems thus far. My only complaint was that the case was pretty scratched up. There are no chips or dents or anything such as that, however, there was quite a few scratches on mine. Overall a very good product. Highly recommend.

Great Geek Squad Certified Refurbished AirPods with Wireless Charging Case. It seems like each groups of refurbished device do have different prices; as I have purchased multiple Apple AirPods from here, with slightly different level of wear & tear like scratches & dents. More scratches, cheaper. Overall, my family love them. Also, please clean and sanitize everything, especially when you put this in your ears.

I am an older person, 58. I like learning about using electronics and I bought these to use for various reasons. I had wanted to use these to watch the morning news in bed when I wake up and not disturb anyone. I bought a cheap sound bar and it won’t connect to any Bluetooth electronic. However, I work in my yard a lot and help out on a friend’s horse farm. I use these when watering horses, watering plants, landscaping, etc., and I can listen to music, the news, or talk shows. They are great! When I work outside I wear a towel around my neck as I sweat tremendously and as the towel moves around when I bend over or wipe my face they fall out! That is aggravating! One day I was using my tiller to make a smooth area to replant grass seed. Sweat was pouring down my face, as it was 90° hot, and every time I moved the towel to wipe my face an AirPod fell into the soil. I have small ears too. That’s the only complaint I have and I wish they would stay charged longer. These were on sale and refurbished too. I’ve had no problems at all.
