Clean and technical the Evaluation must needs. Poor quality check to leads customer to return the product.

They were good to start off with everything came in the box but after a month the AirPods started acting up. Want buy again

It came up dirty and used. I don't think it was even certified. Microphone was not working. Went to best Buy store first time and their diagnostic machine was not working. Went again 2nd time and they told me it will take atleast 2-3 weeks to get it checked and replaced. Not ready to refund the amount

Please save yourself the despair. I purchased Geek Squad certified refurbished AirPods on 11/14/19 for a Christmas gift for my son. Wrapped put under tree, opened them Christmas Day...loved them. Towards the end of Feb they stopped working. Went into BestBuy, talked w/ Geek Squad...I had no options...I was out $146...please buy new and not geek squad certified refurbished...it is junk!! Looked like someone threw the airpods multiple times on the floor and ran it on concrete

Got these as an x-Mas gift for a loved one, they used them for one day and the left one started showing the red exclamation mark.. I’ve tried cleaning and resetting them but the same issue reoccurs. Do not recommend refurbished products...

There were several issues with this order. 1. They were not reset to factory specs. The previous owners information was still programmed. 2. The headphones came with the wrong charging case. 3. The customer service rep couldn't help and referred me to go to the store. Now I know why this was a deal of the day. Very Disappointed.

I LOVE Best Buy for the quality and variety of tech that they carry. So when I purchased these I expected the quality to be the same as if it was new. Instead I got a case that wouldn’t hold a charge. I was able to return it no questions asked but no one will give me back the security of purchasing something that is refurbished.

They are supposed to be certified refurbished from an open box - yet you can't hold a conversation with them. You can only hear through the headphones, if you attempt to have a conversation via a phone call or anything no one will understand you. The headphones make it sound like your underwater

I sound muffled to everyone but, I can hear clearly. So I’m returning them.

The box was scratched and you can hear something when no audio is playing

I ordered online this air pods 2nd gen 3 days ago. I didn’t get deliver yet. It’s supposed to be deliver yesterday, and today I was waiting for whole day but did not get it. Right now I just got text, it’s been delivered . What that’s mean ? just lose my money?

The second gen AirPods are nice and work fine but when you put latest model on the items description then it should actually be the latest model. As in 3rd gen.

I never used my left AirPod due to me being right handed and that’s the one I usually go for. When I did go to use it the person I was in the phone with couldn’t hear me and the sound went in and out on it.

Unfortunately the refurbished AirPods I bought did not work when I received them, I do plan on returning them and buying a new pair from Best Buy so hopefully that pair will work!

Only got to 29 percent charge. Disappointed that certified refurbished also meant it did not work properly and should never have been sold to a customer.

gave gift to granddaughter, when she opened it there was no airpods and I was charged more than the actual price.

Others often commented that conversations on calls were not clear, muffled and garbled. When switched to wired or another wireless headset, conversations were almost flawless.
