They didn’t come with directions so it was difficult at first to connect them to Bluetooth. Once they were working I use them all the time while I work. Usually I can’t keep ear buds in my ears unless they have the head band or wrap around your ears, but these actually stay. They’re very comfortable. I hardly notice them.

These air pods are great I literally have no complaints about them. They work very well I felt that because they were through the Herk Squad I’d have issues but that is not the case. These are comfortable and the Battery life is very good I only charge them 2 or three times weekly. Glad I went this route definitely will be using the Geek Squad in the future.

I bought two sets of the same airpods for the kids. I paid full price for the first but purchased the refurb for my younger daughter b/c I had little faith that they would survive anyway. I was wrong...we're at month 6 now and they work just as well as the full price. The packaging was even the same. Great Quality, better value. You won't be let down.

So far these refurbished AirPods have been flawless! Very easy to connect to bluetooth on my iphone and I like that my phone screen shows the percentage of charge of the airpods and the charging case. Glad I spent the money for these ear buds rather than purchasing another brand!

Great for being refurbished. Paired easily. Charges great both case and AirPods. Lasts pretty long. Absolutely no sign or use (no scuffs, scratches or dirt). Came in original Apple box which was beat up but I don’t need that.

I’ve never truly understood people hesitation with refurbished products. They’re basically brand new, the only reason they’re not listed as new is because they’re not. Anyway, good product, decent enough battery life for what they are, and audio quality is okay but nothing to write home about.

Great sound and stay put even in harsh workouts!!!

I like it, but find that the cutting between the mic and the audio when used for phone calls is awkward and makes me have to start and stop talking abruptly. Setup is very easy on the iPhone, though. Fits like regular Apple earbuds, so the comfort is pretty average.

If you don't want AirPods Pro (or want to pay the price to get them), the AirPods with wireless charging case are just enough of an upgrade over the originals to make a difference. Added convenience, a great bargain-ish buy in the age of multiple-hundred-dollar-headphones, and decent battery life.

These ear buds have great sound but don’t stay in your ear very well when you are active. Standing/sitting/walking they sound great and stay in place great buy when your jogging or running they fall out. Found an easy and cheap solution with silicone ear hooks purchased from amazon.

Easy to connect with phone wireless case is great!

The airpods looked brand new. The inside of the box to hold things in place was messed up but I️ got a charger included. The airpods work and sound just like they should. No problem connecting and using them. I️ sometimes have issues with it detecting my ear.

This is one of the greatest inventions made in recent months even years. It is so convenient to do your daily activities hands free and talk, listening to music, answer phone calls at your convenience. Battery last for ever as well. I like working out with them or use them at work as convenient.
