This is the BEST item I have purchased this year thus far at Best Buy. I do not leave home without them. It is simple and easy to pair to your bluetooth devices. The sound and clarity for music and phone calls is phenomenal!!!! I would definitely recommend this item for anyone.

I’m glad I made the purchase. Some of the other reviews stated that they received used earbuds which showed wear and tear. But for me my earbuds look brand new. No scratches, no earwax just it looked brand new. When I synced my AirPods it was already reset to manufacture name.

The product works well and there wasn't any obvious gunk or dirt in the airpods themselves - but the case was more scratched up than I expected. However I love these and it is worth the discount compared to the price for new.

They are very good, sound quality is awesome and I love them.It’s my first time having airpods so I’m excited.Definitely would recommend to a friend to buy airpods from Best Buy.Thank you Best Buy for these awesome airpods.

Working from home during the pandemic and on the phone a lot - I switched from using the Beats headphones for phones call to these. It's nice to have an automatic on when you put them in your ears and automatic connection. Quality is great.

Pretty happy with the air pods so far, just worried about losing them and ear pain. Prefer buds with silicone tips but thats not an option with apple. So far pain is minimal so I'm hoping these work out.

So far really loving these, I was worried about the battery life given it's refurbished but it's holding a charge really well. I'm very happy.

I am happy with the purchase. Never has a drop connection sound is great. my only complaint is my left ear hurts because the ear whole is smaller that the right and it starts to hurt after awhile... but that is my issue..

They’re great! The box was a little dirty but the AirPods and case themselves were clean!! I’ve been waiting forever to buy a pair but the price was right this time so i couldn’t resist! If you’re thinking about it, this is your sign!

Bought these as a Christmas present for my boyfriend who lost his old original set. These might say refurbished but they work perfectly, and were an upgrade for my boyfriend since these are the wireless charging ones! Great purchase!

I purchased these AirPods for my daughter's birthday. They did not disappoint. She uses them daily for the heavy zoom demand due to the pandemic and to listen to her music while working or hanging out.

I have thoroughly enjoyed these AirPods. I purchased refurbished, but I would never be able to tell they were used. Very nice condition.

These are awesome. I love being able to do things now without constantly getting my earbuds ripped out due to being caught on the cord.

First pair I've had that are like this, so can't compare to anything else. But, I love these. Clarity is good and people seem to be able to hear me speak just fine. Have no concerns about getting 'refurbished'.

I purchased these headphones just a couple weeks before the AirPod Pro model came out and if it hadn't been past the return period I would have exchanged them. These headphones have a lot of great qualities. The connection is amazing and super fast. The sound quality is great. The only con is they don't stay in my ears very well. I always had a problem with Apple's wired headphones but after reading reviews for the AirPods I was hoping they would fit differently. If Apple wired headphones fit your ears without issue I would HIGHLY recommend this model.

I’ve only have these a few days and purchased an open box item they were clean and look like now so far I am happy with purchase we will see how it goes in a few weeks

Only reason not five star is cause they not brand. New but couldn’t tell the difference.

at least best buy has the option of buying open box or refurbished. These work great, but every Apple product is over priced and over rated. You pay for the name. They work but are rarely used.

My daughter enjoyed having these. Can easily go missing. I’m not a fan but she like them. Sound quality is good. One is missing they are so easy to misplace.

Very nice sound and would purchase again. I love these pods and take them everywhere I go. They are very handy and go in my ears and you almost forget they are in my ears
