So I’m here for any and everything. My only complaint would be that Apple comes up with some kind of anti thief so that people can’t and won’t steal them. If someone “finds” your case with the buds still in them they can easily remove them from your device and program them to theirs. I called Apple and they was not able to help expect saying use the lost iPhone feature of my phone, which was no use because the person had already remove them from my device.

They can’t sell open box for health reasons so these are basically open box with mostly new parts. The only downside is they wrapped the UPS sticker around the Apple box instead of putting it in a bag first and then it was in a bag also. So that means that Best Buy was labeling the box for UPS pickup and because the refurbished items are not shrink wrapped, it is so difficult to get that sticker off if you like to keep the box like me.
