This review is for the missing item that was not mention is the product listing. Device was Geek Squad® Certified Refurbished, no original package which is no big deal. When I received the package all it has is the mini HomePod in plastic bag no power adapter. As to the mini HomePod it’s great speaker this is my third one. Control Siri in individual room on smart lights.

Great quality sound! Love just relaxing listening to my smooth jazz or WBGO 88.fm. Great Purchase

Was suppose to be a "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" product. It was not. A obviously used item that had been returned. It does not work for me either. I have to restart it every time I want to do anything with it. It was dirty and just thrown in a box. I should have returned it immediately. My mistake and I just found out my return window ended yesterday. Learned my lesson. Not buying from Best Buy again.

The device (once I got it restored to factory settings) worked perfect. I was surprised that a Geek Squad Refurbished item was not restored to factory settings and made it impossible to set up until I did some research and found out how to factory reset the device, then it set up instantly and without any further difficulty.

Great speaker but it's really brought down by Apple's closed down ecosystem and a subpar voice assistant. HomeKit is inferior to Alexa and Google's offering and only being able to use Apple Music and Podcasts is a real let down.

Loving my new mini iPod. Cannot stop Listening to my music. I also own the full size iPod.

Have been surprised at just how much sound comes out of this mini pod, by Apple. Got this Geek Squad certified mini to pair with another one I had just bought. You can listen to playlists or connect with AppleTV, even pass off phone calls to this mini. In every case, the sound is superior.

Works great, like new. I can’t tell the difference between this one and the one I bought new.

I bought this HomePod to sync in stereo in my living room. Snd the installation was simple—the software understood immediately it was the second pod in the room and asked if I wanted to link them in stereo—then asked if this was a left or tight speaker. Simple! I love the deeper sound of stereo. The left speaker BTW becomes the one that answers you when you invoke “hey Siri…” // I bought my second one as a geek squad refurbished (open box?) offer. Good price.

Very satisfied with how it turned out. Was a little worried at first because it was refurbished, but it works and looks brand new. Use it every day

Sounds good its size, but it misses the mark overall. It assumes you only want to listen to music on the Homepod, so no headphone jack or great way to hook up to a stereo to use Apple Music since Bluetooth is so finicky. Stick with other products unless you want limited use.

It came quickly and is excellent condition! I highly recommend!

The HomePod mini is a great hub for smart home connectivity! It is easy to setup and use.

Doesn’t work.bi think it’s still paired to the other user.
