Everything works fine. Just one of the speakers don’t work but it’s refurbished so I’m not sure if I can take it back to have them look at it. I also wish it had instructions but usually you can get that from Apple themselves other than that everything seems great.
Great product and quality. I am happy with my buy.

This iPad is in great condition. Couldn’t even tell it was refurbished. I would 100% recommend someone gets a refurbished from Best Buy rather than a knee one.

It was listed as "like new" have a number of dings and scratches to the back. It didnt appear to have any working issues but I did return with ease. I did not agree it was "like new".

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Best Buy North Haven, CT store. I purchased a Geek Squad Certified iPad 4 from them just four months ago, and the battery has not been holding a charge properly. When I brought it in for service, I was told the device was out of warranty since 2021, which makes no sense given that I bought it directly from Best Buy only months ago.
Even worse, the tech support staff were completely unwilling to help or go the extra mile. They simply dismissed me, saying there was nothing they could do. As someone who has purchased nearly all of my appliances and technology from Best Buy over the years, I expected far better treatment and support. Instead, I was left with a defective product and no resolution.
This experience has shaken my confidence in Best Buy. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I will seriously reconsider where I purchase my technology and home products in the future.
