Poor Service Delivery

I received a phone with a completely different serial number and model number. The representatives kept transfering me and placing me on extended hold and eventually disconnecting the phone. Such a horrible experience.

Due to purchasing a membership, I was able to exchange it. The second phone did the same thing, but on the third day, thank goodness. Returning that one too.

Not actually UNLOCKED!!! Such a hassle
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phone I received came LOCKED. I talked to five different Best Buy employees to help me fix this issue but no one knew how to help me. They even sent me to Verizon because they thought it was a carrier issues. DO NOT ORDER THIS PHONE. Best Buy cannot ensure the phone will come UNLOCKED because their refurbished phones come from a third party. I had to return the phone and get a different one (which currently has issues too).
