Purchase this IPhone for use while I Travel overseas ! Whe I started to use it the screem goes black and itã is doing this all the time what shoul I do

Email alert not working, however ringer & text alert works perfectly. Understand this can happen during refurbishment where something is overlooked. The only blemish on an otherwise perfect iPhone

Don’t do it! As tempting as it may seem. I received my “certified” refurbished iPhone 12 on March 28, about a week later I moved my SIM card and data to it. This was purchased to replace a seldom used personal phone that has been forwarded to my work phone for years. I left the newly purchased phone forwarded until July when I started the task of untangling the two. I received my first phone call on July 8th and could not hear the caller on the receiver - took to geek squad the next and found out the repair is going to cost $490, I paid $399. Best Buy said there is nothing they can do other than sell me a new phone or repair.

Amazing product; no regrets. I got this at a very good deal. Couldn’t believe it.

Received phone and was happy at first but found out it was locked and I couldn’t activate it, also several scratches found on the screen. I ended up returning and buying a different device
