The laptop was supposed to be a 2022 model, but they sent me a 2017 model. The laptop looked great with minor dents, but the machine itself is slow and the fan makes a lot of noise. I'm returning the laptop.

Best computer I’ve had. It works and looks like new. I’ve gotten a couple things refurbished/ open box and they’ve always been in the best of condition.

Great Mac book open box. It is brand new and I have nothing to worry at all. Before this one I did bought refurbish one and cause me as issue.

The computer wasn’t bad but u might have to replace the battery like I had to. So be prepared to add an extra cost. The battery dies after falling below 50%.

Big nicks around bezels and some scratches on screen

The top of the computer looks like someone took a knife and used it for a cutting board. This is def not considered excellent condition.

Worse possible purchase. I bought for my wife on Mother’s Day. It turned on and everything worked okay for like 2 days and then the keyboard gave us issues and then after that it was overheating and wouldn’t come on. Now they don’t want to issue a return or exchange
