    I love apple products but this laptop constantly overheats and dies fast. I will charge it and not use it for a day and suddenly it’s dead when I try using it. Also, the charger it came with did not work and they didn’t want to fix or give me a different one.

    Less than a year owning this and the battery doesn’t work. I took into Apple and they told be the entire computer was put together with 2016 parts and it would no longer be able to be updated or used so there was no point spending any money to get the battery fixed. Best Buy said they wouldn’t do anything at they only guarantee for 3 months. Complete fraud.
