Bad Battery - No Repair or Replacement

This essentially negates the usefulness of the laptop and the $175 per annum fee we paid for protection and tech support.

Don't Do It

Not only did this come fresh out of the box with immediate screen display problems, but it took three attempts to return this laptop. When you buy this and it comes already broken, they will not take it back in store. You will have to jump through multiple hoops to return it and wait almost a month for a refund. And, despite Best Buy selling you this item and you picking it up at the store they will refuse to help you because they don't actually support their own product. DONT DO THIS.

Rock Solid Intel x86 MacBook Pro!

Most are used/refurbished. Was lucky to find one at Best Buy and this system is performing rock solid; haven't run into any issues within the first 30 days of use.
