Beware, they sent an M1 Pro, NOT an M2 Pro. Extremely, extremely misleading and disappointing. They even put the serial number in the order confirmation, which you can clearly look up in Apple's database and see it's not an M2.

Always seamless working with BestBuy. The FedEx ground shipping was not my favorite part (sending the trade in back), but the rest of the transaction, including my 2019 MacBook trade-in was nicely done!

Certified refurbished order 1 of 2 in one month. This one couldn't turn on or charge. It arrived loosely "padded" with a bubble sleeve that did not have bubbles on one side, leaving just the wall of the carboard box between the computer and impact damage. Returned it to try again, which was also a failure.

Horrible experience with this refurbished laptop, The price was questionable and i found out why..Turned it on and noticed right away a bunch of tearing in the left top corner of the screen. Returned it and just brought a new M3..

This item arrived loose in the box with no packaging. The keyboard had oily stains on it. The folks at the local Best Buy said it was not refurbished and should have never been sold as refurbished. It had several things wrong and was in bad condition. Thankfully, it was fully refunded.

Not worth the Price. It had a noticeable dent. And it felt overused.

Sleek, extremely fast. We use this for Adobe Premier editing and it works extremely well.
