Purchased this item. Took days later then expected to arrive and when it did it looked like it had been used for years. A circular melted indent in the back. I sent it back and its been almost two weeks and still havent been refunded.

Very poor quality product! Barely compatible and works with my gen8 ipad. Not at all happy! First time a really bad experience with Bestbuy product in a long term relation of almost 5 years.
