Regarding the used Apple Watch 7 with a 96% battery health and good battery life, despite minor scratches on the glass and a non-original charger, it can still be an attractive option for those who value functionality and cost savings. I am unhappy with their appearance due to significant damage, if you decide buy it it's important to consider whether the scratches and damage affect the functionality or your overall satisfaction with the product. This was my first ever Apple Watch purchase, so I got a refurbished one to see what the hype was about. I really dig the functionality of the watch, works perfectly with the iPhone. However, the condition of the watch cosmetically wasn’t my favorite for the price. Many scratches on the edges, and the back sensor has a crack through it. I have swam with the watch and have had no issues with any of the features. Would recommend, however you are playing roulette a little bit.

Love this watch worked like new when I got it still runs great! Easy to use! Battery last for days!! Face is perfect size for my arm!! Keeps up w everything!!

I have no idea how the watch is because Best Buy packaged the watch horribly and was stolen out of the box before it arrived at my house. After being on chat with Best Buy three different times and the first time them telling me to ship the package back, I still have no watch and no refund. I shipped the box back after making sure they knew there was nothing but a watch band in it. They shipped it back to me saying it’s a non returnable item, which I understand, but there was nothing in the box. I went back on chat and explained I wanted to wait to order a new one once it was resolved and knew I would get a refund. The person on the chat assured me I would get a refund, so I went ahead and ordered another watch due to a recent epilepsy diagnosis for my son, I wanted the watch to use with an epilepsy app. They apologized and told me to bring it to a Best Buy store. So three times on chat, one trip to UPS and now an hour ride to the nearest Best Buy after being told to bring it to a store to get my refund, they also told me they could not refund me and to see federal express. At this point, I have wasted way too much time and way too much money, had to pay for two refurbished watches because I’m a single mom and that’s what I could afford…at this point I could have bought a new one…I have no resolve, no money, no watch. All my electronics I have always went to Best Buy for, a credit card with Best Buy because they are a company I trust, I now have zero trust and zero respect. I am a teacher, so I have an ok salary, but not a great one to be able to pay for items I don’t receive. The second Watch came in a box that was very securely packaged, the first one has one strip of tape on the box, so yes, I blame Best Buy for the stolen watch, not fed ex. Clearly they can package their items well because the next one was secure and all of my other purchases have always arrive…not in a box with the item stolen. Sorely disappointed in Best Buy and will look to another place of business for my electronics purchases. Amazon is quick to resolve any issues I have ever had and consistently get my packages in tact and on time, so I guess all my business goes to Amazon, which is likely the reason all of these companies are going under.i would prefer Best Buy take care of their customers over a scam sweepstake for doing a review.

I’m not a fan of refurbished items, but I had no choice since I really wanted this specific watch—the watch face is just so cute. The flaws, like the ones circled in the pictures, might seem minimal to others, but they feel big to me. However, I don’t mind as much because the case I bought covers most of them. The watch itself is functional and works great, which I love.

It’s really good! It functions just as a normal watch would The only issue is battery life, I usually wear my watch for a 8-10 hour period and it’s at 15-10% when im done wearing it

I previously had a 3rd generation Apple Watch and recently upgraded to the 7th generatiom, due to my other being lost. I love this watch!

This watch has been great. Big upgrade from my apple watch SE. I’m loving the always on display and fast charging. The only complaint I have is that there’s a tiny scratch on the display, but it’s barely noticeable and doesn’t affect the usage of the watch whatsoever. I only noticed it a day or two after I got the watch so it could have also been caused by me.
