Watch works but packaging was a problem

It didn’t come with a charger and customer service told me to go to the nearest Best But location rather than just reimbursing me for the $5 charger I had to buy off of Amazon. Second, the watch and the band it came with were dirty. There was dirt, sweat, etc caked on the bottom of the watch, in the ports where the band connects to the watch, and on tbe watch band. While the watch appears to be in perfect condition, it sucks that I spent $200 and they couldn’t even have the decenty to clean it prior to shipping it out.

Decent used watch; good return policy

It arrived a little dirty and had some scratches on the face, but it worked fine. I ended up returning it and buying a new Apple Watch SE 2. The return process was smooth and I was refunded quickly.

Wrong Color

Order was placed for Starlight case and band. I received a black case with Starlight band. Packaged in a plastic sandwich bag with no packing in a cardboard box. Not very professional. Has 89% battery, very few blems and works. 2 hour trip to nearest store so not worth trouble to return. BB will be getting some free advertising from me.

The sales person at the Geek Squad was great explaining the process to refurbish the watches, was knowledgeable and efficient. Great service.
