Had some damage, wrong band. Not good.

Watch came with damage on the bottom edge of the front of the case near the display. Also arrived with the wrong band. Returning once to try again to get what I ordered, which was a "looks and functions like new" apple watch ultra with the ORNAGE alpine loop. I received a blue/grey band...

Was a decent watch when i started it but when i went to connect it to my account it had an Activation Lock on it. So it was unusable sadly. Returned it and i’ve thought about purchasing it again but not sure at the moment.

Wrong band

Advertised as having the alpine loop but came with a terrible inauthentic band instead. The only way to fix this issue is to go in store and replace it with a band they have in stock, and they don't have it in stock anywhere. Do not get this watch if you may be interested in the advertised band and want to get it.

I wanted the orange band that I ordered. I got that black rubber (or whatever it is) band. I returned it the same day it was delivered. Disappointed in Best Buy.

The charger they provided didn’t work. I contacted Customer Care both in-store and online, but it was pointless. Best Buy has the worst customer service.

The literal best Apple watch I ever had. It's hard to find an Apple watch but with Best buy its soooooo easy since everything on best buy is cheaper than regular, and can hold charge, and everything in perfect state. Buy an apple watch from here. ITS THE BEST GURANTEED!!!!!!!
