I decided to upgrade my husbands phone for his birthday. I am glad I did. Great phone. Great price. No problems. No hassle.

I previously used the 4S and SE, so upgrading to the 7 took some adjustment to the larger size. Screen size is convenient, just big enough to fit comfortably in hand. Not a fan of the home button - feels flimsy, not smooth like the other models. The lack of earphone jack is a major turnoff but there is an adaptor, which avoids the expensive purchase of the air pods.

The phone works great and I saved over $100 by purchasing it as a refurbished model. I have purchased many Apple products as refurbished or open box at Best Buy and have had very good experiences with them all.

Our phone was in perfect condition. My kid likes the iphone and I like the cheaper price and confidence in a working product that the Geek refurbished provided.

I usually purchase brand new phones but seeing how the iPhone 7 is about to have an upgrade I decide to find a lower offer. Anyways long story short I purchase this phone and it was good as new almost brand new I don't even see what was wrong with it for everything works great. Glad to make a great purchase.

Good product but somehow not as smooth in certain operations as previous models I have owned (like the home button). But great functionality generally with the all the best (protection, apps and features) that Apple is known for.

First refurbished phone I purchased from Best Buy was locked by another carrier. Purchased a second one which came with home button and ringer problems which I was not told about when I took it to the geek squad repair in the Best Buy store. Apple ended giving me a new one since it still had warranty. Only positive thing out of it was I got a new phone for the price of the refurbished one. So I can't complain in the end but would not buy anything refurbished again

Missing the earbods made me feel bad. Price was good though

Phone was new but was missing headphone, went to bestbuy and they gave me headphones. good if looking to save some money. phone was unlocked

I was ready to upgrade. I went with geek squad refurbished because it was cheaper. phone looks and acts like new.

Surprisingly could be used, like everything except when it powered on!

No promblens to use , but You need buy some acessories

wouldnt recommend apple to anyone anymore apple just admitted a long known fact that they have been slowing old phones to sell new ones
