Very convenient packaging! Do not ask the seller to pack it additionally, because a special handle is already provided in the package - take it and go. Everything is neatly and thoughtfully packed. There are instructions, but everything is so obvious that after unpacking, we just connected our imac to the network and it was ready to go! Excellent.

Best desk top ever!!! Bought this for my daughter and her boyfriend who are doing their Master s program They completely love this. They said it’s crystal clear works super fast. And the Quality and size is amazing By far is the best!!! Well worth the money the only thing is they had to get a Standard size wireless keyboard because the one that comes w it is tiny but other than that they Love it!!!

I really can’t be mad. Open box is the way to go. I got a top of the line iMac with AI for a very good price about the same as a base iMac new. It was in good shape. If I had to complain they left the mouse and keyboard on so they were dead but really wasn’t a big deal cause they charge in like 5 min. Very happy with my purchase

It works well and has a big screen. I can read my emails and listen to music. I can Airdrop images to and from customers with Iphones. It comes with a mouse and a keyboard. They are both wireless. Hopefully I can get 10 years out of this one before Apple deems it obsolete.

Love it! Always an Apple girl. My MacBook Air finally died after 14 years and I already got the iPad Pro so decided instead of another MacBook I would get the desktop and I love it! It was so easy to set up and connect. Once connected all of my stuff was just there and ready for me to use. Only downfall is the OS15 Sequoia is so new that some of the software drives I need are not available for it yet. But they are promised to be on the way.

I love it! I am slowly replacing all of my Windows PCs with Apple products. This computer is fast. It has a fresh appearance and is easily set up to fit all of my computer needs.
