3 rd party sales from Best Buy. Two days late shipping and would not contact me back after 3 attempts I tried to cancel they they threw it into the mail and still didn’t respond to resolve delay issue. I missed my deadline that was the reason for the purchase. When iPad arrived there was an issue with the charging port. I returned it to Best Buy.
All in all I rate it very poor
