I bought this iPad at the Nampa Best Buy store in Idaho and they sold me a damaged device it was bent & i contacted them the day I open the device & notice the dent/bent which was one day after I purchased the device and they refuse to either exchange the device or fix the dent for me. They sold me a damaged device & did not stand behind what they sold.

I just purchased my iPad Air 2 and love How easy it is to use.very light and what a great screen to play games and read on it. It fits perfectly in my purse and I bring it everywhere.

This is my second one, first one was good, I hate this one. Letters I don't type keep appearing. I just had to retype hate three times, because it kept capitalizing the a. It will type one letter for three or four lines without me touching it, then has a hard time deleting it, I took it back in but of course with them typing it didn't do it, so they said there was nothing they could do

If you are looking for a small and powerful IPad with wifi--This the one to get. This iPad is the perfect size to throw in your bag and go!!

Right out of the box this iPad has sound issues. All settings are correct to play sound on videos, games, music etc., but when it makes a pop noise it will not play sound and I have to reset the iPad. This now happes every time I turn on the iPad and sometimes several times a day and takes multiple restarts. Very annoying.

returned it twice because it froze up.2 different ones.got my money back ,great service from best buy product i would not recommend,not best buys fault.

Got for my birthday. Have had many issues with this product & have had under a month. I've been using an iPad mini for years with no troubles. Better get to the store before 30 days to see if they will help. Doubtful :(

Screen is not very responsive. I need to click button twice to go to a next page...many apps crash..wifi seems slow..screen is not very responsive..I am going to take it to Apple soon for their lookup.

The Air 2 feels much faster than I Pad 2. The device is thinner and lighter. I very enjoy the screen.

The salesman said there were start up instructions in the packaging but that wasn't true. I bought a guide book for it, but it hasn't helped much. I expected much more for the money

I had bought a cover for my i pad from you and i could not use my i pad i went back to the store and they could not even take it off so i had to buy a nother one

I wanted to exchange it for another cashier didn't to me and returned it without notifyin me rude n now I don't have one

This product doesn't even hold up under light use. Very disappointed in it's construction and Apple's customer support.

I ordered iPad Air 2 as gift and Best buy delivered IPad Air. It's very poor service.

Bought new washer & dryer & all new connections & install from Best Buy. Dryer quit working & burning smell. Referred to Whirlpool repair service, quickly serviced dryer & found loose power cord in back of dryer, which was installed by Best Buy. Entire wiring harness burned & needs replaced. Whirlpool does not cover cost of new power cord, since I purchased from Best Buy. Visited store in person & called customer service, only to be told no, it's been past 90 days. At least another week until dryer will be repaired & Best Buy won't even be reasonable & cover the $19.99 power cord they sold & installed poorly. $19.99 power cord unfortunately is going to cost Best Buy a longtime & frequent customer.
