    Bought the IPAD at BestBuy.com for my 84 year ond Mother. Great price and fast delivery. But when she went to the Best Buy in Tarentum, PA to get a case and screen protector, she was charged $15.00 to install the screen protector. The salesman should have taken care of her. They were not busy at all. I feel they took advantage of an elderly women and we will not go back to this store.
