Bought new washer & dryer & all new connections & install from Best Buy. Dryer quit working & burning smell. Referred to Whirlpool repair service, quickly serviced dryer & found loose power cord in back of dryer, which was installed by Best Buy. Entire wiring harness burned & needs replaced. Whirlpool does not cover cost of new power cord, since I purchased from Best Buy. Visited store in person & called customer service, only to be told no, it's been past 90 days. At least another week until dryer will be repaired & Best Buy won't even be reasonable & cover the $19.99 power cord they sold & installed poorly. $19.99 power cord unfortunately is going to cost Best Buy a longtime & frequent customer.

this iPad air 2 is no different from the orginal iPad air

Great product. Solid. Sleek. Well made. Easy to use. Useful for so many things. It is a joy to use. I immediately loved it. But... I returned it for a refund, due to the pristine white of the backlit screen having a gray corner. Simply put, a $400 product should be perfect. That gray corner kept screaming at me. The reason I opted to not have it replaced with another iPad Air 2 was because, having finally had my first experience with an iPad, I decided that the larger iPad Pro would better suit my needs. Were it not for that, I would have gladly had it replaced with an identical model. It is a fine piece of tech. It's easy to see why the iPad Air 2 has many 5 STAR ratings. ALSO: Major kudos to Best Buy for making both the purchase and the return of the iPad so effortless. Not only did Best Buy TRULY have the BEST price, the fact that they made the whole shopping experience a breeze clearly made purchasing from them the absolute best BUY. I highly recommend shopping at Best Buy. Their rewards program is great, too! Got a $5.00 coupon just the other day :-D

I may be bias because I love apple products. The iPad air 2 is great. It's very slim. Speedy and lots of great features. Camera is good. Everything about it is grade A. I highly recommend.

I'm so happy with the iPad Air 2. I decided to upgrade my iPad 2, when I found out many of my textbooks would be ebooks this semester. My iPad 2 was slowing down, and would glitch more often, so I wanted to upgrade, so my iPad would be more reliable. I constantly use my iPad, and the superior quality of the iPad Air 2 leaves me awed. I love how clear and detailed the screen is. Images and videos are great quality. I mostly just read ebooks now for the convenience and to save shelf space, and I love that the pages are so crisp on the iPad Air 2. I couldn't be happier with upgrading. None of the apps have glitches and it's fast.

We have a first and a fourth generation iPad in our household that see a lot of use, and in comparison, I like the slimmer, lighter design of the Air 2. Battery life is typical Apple unimpressive, but as for speed and options, I'd recommend buying one. It's also less glitchy than our 1st and 4th gens, as one would expect, but not completely without one or two hick ups in the couple of months since we bought it. Nothing serious a reboot didn't fix. It's technology. It's to be expected, but my experience is that problems are minimal, and the product is a good one.

I was a Kindle Fire user until today. I got the iPad Air 2 for $100 off on Black Friday (THANK YOU BEST BUY!). I am in love. The cameras are amazing, the screen and clarity is stunning, the speed is definitely superior. It is so light and thin. I love that the screen seems to resist fingerprints somewhat and is quite durable. The Touch ID really works! I tested it out (to the annoyance of family members), and it really does respond only to my fingerprint. I also love that I can set my own background/wallpaper. Kindle is great, but I won't ever go back.

Had to break down and replace my original iPad and am glad I did. Much lighter/faster/clearer

This is my first tablet. I like that its specs are a significant boost over any of the other Apple tablets currently out. The fingerprint sensor is very useful from a security standpoint. I also like that this unit has a large improvement in the camera department. I'm very impressed that the battery lasts so long. Aside from getting familiar with the new eco-system (I normally use Android), it's been very smooth and easy for me.

Let me begin by mentioning that I wouldn't let the 16gb of memory stop the purchase, Apple sells 20gb more a month for only 99cents, combine that with the free 5gb they already give you and that's a total of 25gb of storage on iCloud. I find the non-glare screen is a nice improvement, especially when compared to previous versions. And it's noticeably faster when doing photography/film editing, I can finally leave the laptop at home. The two cameras are clearly better at taking photos and it's faster on wifi. I don't think it feels fragile, although I purchased a Targus leather case which unfortunately adds bulk/weight but still looks classy and adds the needed protection for my clumsy hands, I've used the same type for years and they wear extremely well for $50. Also I enjoy using the fingerprint security, Apple has done a great job with that. Now the negative, the speakers vibrate the unit, period. The louder you place the volume, the more it vibrates, and there is no way that I found to get around that. It's unfortunate Apple cleared it for mass production because it is obviously a flaw. I got used to it although personally I would rather have it a few mills thicker and work properly versus my fingertips getting vibrated all the time (when playing music, games, etc.) I suppose it was more important to Apple to break records on thinness and weight vs. functionality? Aside from that it's (in my opinion) the best tablet out there right now. Samsung still has the edge with a beautiful display and flexibility with memory but I still prefer Apple and the safe private ecosystem they provide us with (Google/Android sell almost all your personal info). LASTLY start searching with DuckDuckGo, not Google - check them out and it's available as a preset on your iPad, I was pleasantly surprised using them. Good Luck! And good job to Best Buy, your service/people have improved enormously the past year! I'm giving Apple 4 stars because of the speaker issue and they should have upgraded the resolution to a quad display to compete with Samsung's eye candy display.

Not that great. I had the performance issue and the battery was getting over heated.
