I responded on line that my iPad was defective. Nit shuts down indescrimently and the photo sound comes on and snaps a photo of the page I'm on. I contacted best buy on line only to hear that I only had 14 days to return. I've been traveling, so I contacted americanexpress to activate their assistance with warranties as i used my gold card for the purchase. I intend to follow up at my local best buy store when I return from my trip. I expect a replacement or refund.
