I am use to a laptop which I find has some better features. This has features that a laptop doesn't. Would like the best of both in the size of the iPad Air.

The entire staff I dealt with was great. Knowledgable and friendly. Will definitely do more shopping at Best Buy. Would like getting less emails though

Pretty good product. I'm new to Apple so its taking a lot of time to get used to how they work. I think it has great potential but the price is pretty high.

love my Ipad Air although haven't had it that long..only one month. Would have given 5 stars but felt not enough instructions unless you go online first.

I'm so over Apple controlling things through iTunes. If you're looking to drag and drop things to your iPad, forget about the iPad, and go for an Android.

Overall a good unit. But I wish that they would have had better sound quality like the 4th generation ipad. Also the screen quality sometime gets fuzzy.

iPad Air is a nice upgrade from earlier models. Would like to see price lowered by Apple or at least allow for retailers to let market demand set price.

I've never owned any Apple products before this and am not super computer literate so I was frustrated at first but I am really starting to enjoy it.

Battery life is short. Finger prints on screen make it look dirty Should come with a stylist and a discount offer on an external Keypad when purchasing

good salesman - just difficult to set up having a tough time getting it set up & using it looking forward to being able to use - just a little fustrated

The discount was great. I would recommend a signature required shipping method in the future. It was just dropped out of my door as morning papers!

i llove my ipad. i take it everywhere. i read the paper, magazines & emails, surf the web, play games, text, share pics, order online, watch movies...

I bought this not just to have the newest edition but also to add security to protect my products. Was really disappointed to learn it didn't have it.

Great for face to face visits with family and portable enough to do work or keep in touch while traveling without dragging a full size laptop along.

Overall is great. I do not notice any difference from the previous version of iPad that came out. Needed more stuff like the finger print scanner.

Finally a standard power option!!! It is nice to have the lightening power so that it can be charged by something more standard Thanks you Apple!

Something happened to the glass. I've been told it's warped. Doesn't function properly now and it's been updated with better.

I bought this during Thanksgiving week and I have to say this the Ipad is worth its price. It's sturdy and obviously very nicely built.

purchased for my parents primarily so they could print internet pages. The printing function is pretty basic but does the job for them.

I like my iPad air.The operating system is easy, and the actual equipment is sturdy. Great product! Been dying to have one for 6 years.
