Very little mail was coming through, and techs subsequently advised me that rr service was not adequately supporting my iProduct. Since then, device has crashed often. And touch screen is balky. Could be the device. Could be me. Have substantial learning curve to master. Until then, not ready to recommend to others, one way or the other.

Lightening to USB Cable Went Out

It cost more than $20 to buy a new one. My son likes his iPad, but I am totally annoyed that something like a charging cable went out, it makes me not have very much confidence in the Apple products. Their chargers are over -priced compared to other chargers, just because of their name.
