The Apple IPad Air blows all of the tablets out of the water. I have slowly been an android and PC user but this iPad is simply amazing. Everything works so easy and fast. The applications are great and the iPad has good multi tasking features. I have been using it for over a day straight and haven't even had to charge it so the battery is excellent. I enjoyed using FaceTime, the camera and Skype. Each were used with ease and great clarity. I am so glad I chose this over the surface 2, that product did not impress me at all. If you are an apple fan already obviously you'll love this and if you are like me and had no other tablets you'll definitely be enjoying this. I am writing the review from the iPad now and the keyboard is great, it's thin, it's light, has no lag and is just overall a very smart electronic device. I am so happy with this!!!!!!

Not so sure what the reason is for making the iPad thinner--my old one was fine and I actually preferred the feel of that one. I was very disappointed to find my old cover won't fit on the new one. Guess they need to sell more covers.

I am having troubles with the touchscreen. It will knock me off line when I am looking at something . That is my only complaint. I have talked to Apple and have a case number. The thing they helped me through did not fix the problem.

If you are buying the iPad air then better spend a few extra $$ and get the higher GB capacity, the lower GB ones are not worth it

I like everything about the iPad , only few issues I think if you really want to use it get the one which has more memory , also make sure not to update OS to latest unless you are absolutely want it . I feel my ipad slowed a bit after upgrading OS . It would be a sin not to mention all good part .. It's camera , screen resolution and I don't even how I ever lived without retina display , this is one tablet that could never go wrong , love it overall.

I bought this so that I could run an app that I need, and that app is only for iPAD. The iPAD is unfortunately, more expensive then other tablets.

The applications closed when you have some ones open, because this device only have 1 GB of RAM. Look good but you can get a better product for this price. It is over valued staff.

Bought this as a replacement to my 3rg gen ipad which broke. Works fine but to me is not a noticeable upgrade from previous version, with the exception of its weight.

I bought this product as well as a Samsung tablet, and after using both for a week I returned this product and bought another Samsung Galaxy Note 2014.

Battery doesn't last a full 24 hours, and it's kicks me off the Internet from time to time without any notice. My boyfriend's Ipad Air does the same.

I'm satisfied with the iPad. Although I have not yet had the time to use it more frequently, I am certainly satisfied with the product so far.

I have to download the user guide so that I can use its features to the fullest especially getting wireless connection outside of the house.

Powered itself off every time it went to standby, from day one. Contacted Apple they said this was a common problem to return it to the store because it was still under warranty. Replacement has worked flawlessly and is a great product, but the whole process was a big pain.

I've used the iPad 2, which is a great tablet, but Apple improved it. As with any Apple product, it's easy to use & reliable. This is definitely lighter & faster. The battery life has improved too. I use it alot & only need to charge it every 3 days or so. I use this for recreational only (Netflix, Facebook, Chive, etc) so I don't have the complaints others do about office software. In my opinion, this is a great tablet. I wish it was a hundred bucks cheaper, but you pay for quality. No regret's on this purchase.

I am a huge Apple fan for a reason. They produce high quality products that are easy to operate and function at a high level. Excellent battery life, great size and weight, and amazing options for free apps. iOS 8 is fantastic. Best tablet in my opinion. Thanks Best Buy for the great price on an awesome product!

Typical Apple - you get a little at a big price - got for college student who has other apple products so it made sense

Very disappointed that there is not a users manual. I am not getting full benefit of product without it.

I sold this iPad about two weeks after I orushaed it. It wasn't for me /

The charging port failed. And, no one could fix it.
