bought it one years ago. Although there is some complains about the screen display uniformity, this specific I got has no defect. I have been using it daily and no issues so far.

We purchased an iPad Air for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She was using a kindle and the battery wasn't strong, so we decided to upgrade her to an Apple product.

This is my 5th or 6th IPAD... I've owned them all and this is the best yet (until the next upgrade that is). Nice and thin. Lots of CPU power. Great apps, etc.

First IPAD and found it to be easy to use, not as easy as Samsung tablets though.

Bought an iPad Air 16 gig in January, and the safari application failed immediately. Continuous crashes back to desktop when surfing, enlarging images or text, or simply moving from page to page online. Apple replaced the iPad as defective, but the second iPad has the same problem that Chelsea at Apple's customer relations office called a "known hardware failure." Now Apple refuses to either refund my money or replace the iPad simply and quickly. Do not waste your money until Apple works out the bugs. I refuse to be an unpaid Beta tester for a billion dollar company. Bad product, save your cash.

I can go on and on about why this wasn't Apple's best device. The BEST iPad to date is the 4th Generation! The screen on the Air feels like it will break at any second. When tapping it in comparison with the 4 is a very flimsy piece of glass. The older versions seemed to be put together WELL. This one not so much. I'm on my 3rd Air for various issues. I think I'm selling it to get a Samsung Note and that is hard for me to say being that all my stuff is Apple. If you have a 3 or 4 be happy with it. If you don't have an iPad and REALLY want one get a 4!!!
