it is great but I faced 2 problem some time safari may close by it self also I cant play some videos on facebook

Not good was heavier, and the bessles were larger than the previos generation! Good but not good! Buy but not buy! To be or not to be! That is the question! Bye bye honey pie pie!

Accessing email is slightly different than on a laptop and more cumbersome.

i went from the iPad 4 to the iPad Air and this iPad Air feels like a cheap $10 tablet. When you tap the screen it sounds hollow. It sounds like a cheap child's toy or like a DRUM. The iPad 4 was solid and when you tapped on the screen it felt solid. A $500 piece of equipment like this should not sound and feel like a cheap child's toy. This is not obviously for me, when I spend $500 I want something solid that feels worth $500 and doesn't make me feel like I got a cheap knock off. I have read other users that have noticed the screen is hollow, with a hollow sound, and they say get used to it or return it , because Apple can do no wrong and it must be an issue with the user, so this user is returning it.

I bought the iPad Air and after 2 days trying to set up my email on road runner I found out it doesn't work with it. You can't send email with it if you have Road runner and people either can't receive messages or it can take up to. 5 days to get it. Also it got corrupted 3 times while I tried to download an app I had on iPad 2, that happened 3 different times and I had to reset all the settings each time. Went to the Apple discussion site and found out that these problems are very common. Apple is blaming Road Runner and Road Runner Is blaming Apple I gave my IPad 2 to my husband so now I am having to buy another one for myself.

I am a dinosaur. I don't want to be forced to use a complex password that I won't remember. I don't want to be forced to provide a charge card to get free aps. My wife got me an ipad air against my wishes. I had registered and put in a password. I tried to access - would not let me. something wrong with password - what I have no idea - machine would not help me. I hate being told (through inference) that I am stupid by a machine, many times. Caused fight between wife and me. She gets the ipad, I get a headache and unhappy Christmas.

Bought this device for personal use and also bought a case for protection. Only used at home for social media and web searches. Shortly after I bought the device the screen cracked. Apple would not repair the device even know it was almost new and lightly used. They said they would exchange it for 300 bucks. This device I'd flimsy will break and apple will not back it up

There are a lot of good apps to download but not very much space to put them on. I wish multi tasking would be easier, and it needs more productivity apps
